develop futher your Greek-reading skills.
Generally speaking classes will be divided between reviewing your
homework translations, grammar review lessons, and in-class practice translating. Exams (mid-term and final) will be sight
translations of materials not previously seen in class. Your grade will be based 25% on your homework
translations, 25% on in-class practice translating, 25% on the mid-term exam,
and 25% on the final exam.
A note on homework translations: Homework translations
are to be send to me by e-mail before noon on every Monday. I will correct them and return them to you in
time for you to review them before our Wednesday evening class. Please bring you homework with you to the
Wednesday evening class.
