How to Apply

All students who will be undergraduates at U.S. institutions during the 2013 summer are welcome to apply. Due to NSF restrictions, only U.S. citizens and permanent residents are eligible for funding.

Application Instructions & Materials
To apply, fill out the application form, and provide a transcript of your grades (an official transcript is not necessary) and a personal statement describing your mathematical experience and interests. You will also need at least one letter from a mathematics faculty member who can speak to your mathematics background.

Please ensure that all materials arrive by March 4, 2013.
